House of Worth Estate Ledger is a product of House of Worth Technologies LLC.

Terms of Use

Effective Date: August 19, 2026

House of Worth Estate Ledger (the "Service," "House of Worth," "we," "us," or "our") is owned and operated by House of Worth Technologies LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By creating an account, accessing, or using House of Worth, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States to create an account and use the Service.

Purpose

House of Worth is designed to help individuals and families organize, document, and preserve information about personal property, heirlooms, and estate assets. The platform is for informational and organizational purposes only.

No Legal or Financial Advice

House of Worth is not a law firm, financial advisor, tax advisor, or estate planning service. Nothing on the platform constitutes legal, financial, or tax advice. Please consult qualified professionals for your specific circumstances.

User Accounts

When you create an account, we record the date and time you accepted these Terms, the version you accepted, and the IP address and browser information associated with that acceptance. We keep this information as a record of your acceptance.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Removing Family Access

You may remove a family member's access at any time. Removal takes effect promptly; links to photographs or documents previously generated for that member may remain usable for a short period until they expire.

Subscriptions and Billing

House of Worth is a paid subscription service with a 30-day free trial that renews automatically unless cancelled. Full trial, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are set out in Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation and form part of these Terms.

Your Content, Your Ownership

You retain ownership of all estate information, photographs, documents, and other content you upload. House of Worth does not claim ownership of your content. By uploading content, you grant House of Worth a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the services. If content you upload depicts a minor or a deceased family member, you represent that you have the legal right, and where applicable the consent, needed to upload and share that content within your estate.

You may export your estate information at any time using the tools provided in the application, while your subscription is active and throughout any post-cancellation access period described in Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation.

Intellectual Property

The House of Worth name, House of Worth Estate Ledger, logos, trademarks, software, designs, graphics, user interface, written content, and other platform materials are the exclusive property of House of Worth Technologies LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This does not apply to your content, which remains yours.

Except as expressly permitted, no portion of the platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, reverse engineered, or used without prior written permission.

Professional Network

The platform may display a directory of independent professionals providing services such as appraisals, estate sales, auctions, professional organizing, moving, accounting, and insurance. The directory does not include attorneys or financial advisers. Some listings are paid placements, and where a professional has paid for placement or for greater prominence, that is disclosed on the listing. House of Worth does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any third-party professional or service, and does not refer users to legal or financial advisers. Users engage with third-party professionals at their own discretion and are responsible for independently evaluating them.

Security

House of Worth uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help protect your information, and performs regular automated backups of platform data. Backups are a safeguard, not a guarantee against every possible loss, and we encourage you to export your records regularly using the tools provided. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work continually to protect your information using industry-standard practices.

Account Suspension

House of Worth reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts used for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, security threats, or material violations of these Terms. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice before suspension unless immediate action is necessary to protect the platform, our users, or to comply with applicable law.

Platform Availability and Changes

House of Worth continually improves and updates its platform. Features, functionality, and services may change over time, and we may introduce additional services, features, integrations, or subscription plans, to which these Terms will apply unless we state otherwise. Changes to subscription pricing are governed by Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation.

We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Events Beyond Our Control

House of Worth shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, cyberattacks, labor disputes, utility failures, or other unforeseen events.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, House of Worth Technologies LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Except for the company's gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud, the company's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of five hundred dollars or the amount you paid to House of Worth in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the application before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any legal action shall be the appropriate state or federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

Effective Date: July 15, 2026

House of Worth Estate Ledger is a paid subscription service. This section explains your free trial, when and how you are charged, how to cancel, and what happens to your records afterward. Please read it before starting a trial.

Free Trial

New accounts include a 30-day free trial. A valid payment method is required before your trial begins. You will not be charged during the trial period. Your trial end date is displayed when you sign up and at any time in Settings under Subscription & Billing. We will also email you before your trial ends.

Automatic Renewal — Please Read

Your subscription renews automatically. When your 30-day free trial ends, the payment method on file will be charged for the plan you selected, and your subscription will continue to renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, as selected) until you cancel. You may cancel at any time before your trial ends and you will not be charged. If you are on an annual plan, we will also send you a reminder email at least 30 days before your renewal date.

Plans and Pricing

The Estate — $9.99 per month or $99.00 per year. The Legacy — $14.99 per month or $149.00 per year. The Dynasty — $29.99 per month or $299.00 per year. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes may be added. House of Worth is currently available to customers in the United States only.

How to Cancel

You may cancel at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee and without contacting us. Open Settings → Subscription & Billing → Manage Subscription and follow the prompts. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period; you keep access until then. You may also email hello@houseofworthestateledger.com and we will process your cancellation.

Refunds

Because you receive a 30-day free trial before any charge, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time. As an exception, if you are charged for an annual plan and contact us within 14 days of that charge, we will refund it in full. We may also issue refunds at our discretion. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again over several days and will notify you. If payment cannot be collected, your account will be suspended and treated as lapsed under "Your Records After Cancellation" below. If your estate has additional members, all members may be notified that the account is at risk, so that your records are not lost without anyone's knowledge.

Price Changes

We may change our prices. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days' advance notice by email, and the new price will apply only to billing periods beginning after the notice period. You may cancel before the change takes effect.

Your Records After Cancellation

If you cancel or your payment lapses, your estate records enter a 90-day grace period. During this period your records are preserved in a read-only state and you may sign in to view and export them at any time. We will notify you before the grace period ends. After 90 days, your records are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. You may request deletion sooner at any time; deletion requests are honored within 30 days. These commitments apply to records stored in House of Worth's own systems. Payment records retained by our payment processor, Stripe, are governed by Stripe's own retention practices and are outside our control.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on House of Worth servers. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how House of Worth Technologies LLC ("House of Worth," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use House of Worth Estate Ledger.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide including name, email, login credentials, estate names, room names, asset inventories, heir assignments, notes, valuations, and Legacy Vault content such as documents, photos, and family records.

We also automatically record limited information when you create an account, including the date and time you accepted our Terms, the version of the Terms you accepted, and the IP address and browser information associated with that acceptance. We retain this information as a record of your agreement to the Terms.

How We Use Information

We use your information to provide the platform, store estate records, enable Family Access, process subscriptions, and improve functionality. We do not sell your personal information.

Service Providers

House of Worth uses trusted third-party providers to operate the platform, including services for secure cloud hosting, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, backups, customer communications, and AI-assisted item identification. These providers process your information only as necessary to provide House of Worth services, under contractual obligations to protect it. They do not receive ownership of your content and may not use it for their own purposes.

AI-Assisted Item Identification

If you choose to use Photograph a room, your room photograph is securely sent to Google’s AI service to identify items and suggest information about them. The full room photograph is deleted after identification is complete and is not retained by House of Worth. Only the portion of the photograph showing an item you choose to add is saved as that item’s photograph. Google does not use photographs sent from House of Worth to train or improve its models. Where you supply a maker or brand and ask us to update the suggested values, the item’s details are sent to the same service. Photograph a room is optional and is only used when you choose it.

Data Storage and Protection

Information may be stored using secure third-party cloud providers. We maintain secure backups and operational safeguards designed to protect your information and preserve your estate records, as described under Security. No system can guarantee protection against every possible event, though no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Cookies and Browser Storage

House of Worth does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics tracking technologies. We use your browser's local storage solely to keep you securely signed in and to operate the service — never to track you across the web. Our payment processor, Stripe, may use its own cookies on its checkout and billing pages under its own privacy policy.

User Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content uploaded to the platform. House of Worth uses uploaded content solely to provide platform functionality.

Your Rights

You may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your information. You can export your estate information at any time from within the application, and manage or delete much of your information directly in Settings. For any other request, contact us at hello@houseofworthestateledger.com and we will respond promptly. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days. This applies to information stored in House of Worth's own systems. Payment records retained by our payment processor, Stripe, are governed by Stripe's own retention practices and are outside our control.

Children's Privacy

House of Worth is intended only for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Our Commitment

House of Worth was created to help families preserve the stories, memories, and heirlooms that matter most.

We believe those memories belong to you.

Our goal is to earn and maintain your trust by protecting your information and treating it with the same care we would expect for our own families.
